Abandoned Forest House
I am excited to finally showcase a project I have been working on in collaborations with Retronome Studios!
The environment showcases the horrors of the unknown and the occult. In an abandoned house deep in the forest, a ritual sacrifice takes place. Unknown beings are summoned to the location and abducts all those who were present. A lone dog manages to escape.
I was responsible for a majority of the exterior environment lighting, post processing, materials, props, and the building’s exterior modular kit. Creating a modular building and debris kit for the collapsed roof was one of the more challenging and rewarding aspects of the environment. The debris adds an additional level of height and damage that would not have been possible otherwise.
